We’re a human capital-focused technology company and the owners of the Decision Tree Job Evaluation methodology and system (both trademarks and copyright pending).
Born as a concept and turned into reality, for over 20 years, we’ve been class leaders in the world of Job Evaluations. Our pioneering routes initially led us to examine Job Evaluation Systems throughout the world for introduction into the South African market, only to determine nothing was fit for purpose, so we developed our own.
Initially, we were an exclusive use in-house product and then commercialised our offering to partner with consulting firms and licence our platform. Before it was even the norm to be in the cloud, we had developed our web-based solution.
We constantly revise our systems and tools, paying close attention to current affairs in the world and ever listening carefully to what our clients and partners say or suggest. Together with our hands-on approach and unmatched support, we service clients across a diverse range of industries globally.
